Default Water Broom, worth it?

I'm just getting started in pressure washing and am getting by with a 3000psi/4gpm at this time. Larger in the future.
I was thinking of buying a "water broom" a wand with a base with 4 nozzles on it with casters, for cleaning walkways, etc.
Has anyone experience with them? I hope to be able to get a real surface cleaner after a while.
Thanks

It will help rinse it off but it won't really clean it. I personally think they are a waste of money. Save up your money for a higher volume machine or good cleaning chemicals instead!

Yes I agree. I bought one awile back with the 3 nozzles when they first came out. they are just not wide enough to get anything done. But there is another way buy the cheap one go to hardwear and get small pvc pipe take the 3 1.5 tips that come with it get 3 more at northern tool. take it home drill out holes and space them in pvc for a 6 nozzle sprayer bar. then ya get around 9gpm and this is perfect for cleaning walk paths for colledges or anwhere else that has walkways..
