Default How many parking garage cleaning companies are here?

I'd like to find some companies that clean parking garages that might be interested in moderating this forum. If your interested, please let me know.

Henry,

I am in the Parking Garage Cleaning Field. I have been in the Garage Cleaning filed for over 21 years now. I have been EPA complaint longer than most in the pressure washing filed acquiring our filtration in 1992. About 18 years ago.

We specialize in nothing but Parking Garage cleaning. I would be happy to Moderate this forum.

COUNT ME IN !!!

I have been doing garages here in southern Arizona and am by far the #1 choice for environmentally certified garage cleaning solutions.

Unlike my few "competitors" , who gain Walmart contracts and some garage contracts who claim to reclaim, they do not, thus adding to the shameful reputation of the "slash and dash" viewpoint.

I know of no one more knowledgeable or willing to educate professional contractors on the rules, regulations and methods of garage cleaning than Jim Gamble. You've heard the critics that claim $0.20 to $0.25 a square foot is impossible to achieve. Believe that if you want. Or learn how to capture the market and start realizing profit margins beyond your expectations.

I personally nominate Jim Gamble as this forum's Professor for Garage Cleaning....

Hey Jim congrats On being added on as a Mod here. You have a unique way of getting the big bucks cleaning Parking garages and many are interested in how you do that. I'll be looking forward to reading some of your post on this.

As for my Company we do a couple of parking garages a year. We have one where about to book for July. We do OK but maybe one day we can get the money somewhere close to what you get.

We gave a Direct Link to The forum Here at www.pressurewashinginstitute.com

Great Idea having a Garage Cleaning forum, I clean parking Garages in Phoenix on Occassion. Very Rarely, I sub most out to my local competitors because I do not like Messing with reclaim.

Not that Reclaim is required by Law on most do to the fact most are built CWA complient.

Its just responsible to do so. As a company we have been kind to our eviroment for 25 years. Its our future!!

For some who may not know Jim Cooney, he is second to none for top quality of work in the Phoenix Area.

I have seen his work and I must say, I am glad Jim is not in my cleaning area. Because of his exceptional cleaning techniques, Jim Cooney ( The Grime Busters ) would be difficult to compete with.
