Cleaning composite lumber

There are a lot of techniques for cleaning composite decks. Some prefer using house wash mixtures, Sodium Bicarbonates or sodium hydroxied based products. What's your favorite method that gets really good results?

We use our house mix with an extended dwell time and get excellent results, It is the first thing we soap and the last thing we wash on a house wash with the deck included. On heavily soiled deck, we use our roof mix and also have gotteb excellent results.

We also use a 65 degree 15 orifice tip to clean it quickly without lap marks. It works well. We did one yesterday for 288.00 with a large house wash.

We also quote the composite decks separate as an upsell and give them a 5 to 10 percent discount if they select all services quoted.
